After spending all your financial and emotional energies into a painful and long divorce process; when it's finally all over then you will feel very empty. Following are few things that you should do after divorce has been settled.
- Drink lot of water.
- Have a proper breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Live with 3 E's- Empathy, Enthusiasm and Energy.
- Find time to pray.
- Get involved in various games.
- Try to read good books.
- Have a sleep for at least 7 hours.
- Everyday take a walk for at least 30 minutes.
- Do not compare your life with others as you do not have any idea about their life.
- Do not have negative thoughts on things you can't control.
- Do not take yourself so seriously.
- Do not waste your energy on gossip.
- Forget problems of the past and do not remind your partner about her/his mistakes of the past.
- Life is very short to waste time on hating anyone.
- Often call your family.
- Spend lot of time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of 6.
- Your job would not take care of you when you are ill but your friends will. So be in touch with them.
- Don't involve in the things which are not useful, joyful or beautiful.
- No matter how you feel, get up, dress up, and show up.
- Be healthy and happy.
