After spending all your financial and emotional energies into a painful and long divorce process; when it's finally all over then you will feel very empty. Following are few things that you should do after divorce has been settled.

    • Drink lot of water.
    • Have a proper breakfast, lunch and dinner.
    • Live with 3 E's- Empathy, Enthusiasm and Energy.
    • Find time to pray.
    • Get involved in various games.
    • Try to read good books.
    • Have a sleep for at least 7 hours.
    • Everyday take a walk for at least 30 minutes.
    • Do not compare your life with others as you do not have any idea about their life.
    • Do not have negative thoughts on things you can't control.
    • Do not take yourself so seriously.
    • Do not waste your energy on gossip.
    • Forget problems of the past and do not remind your partner about her/his mistakes of the past.
    • Life is very short to waste time on hating anyone.
    • Often call your family.
    • Spend lot of time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of 6.
    • Your job would not take care of you when you are ill but your friends will. So be in touch with them.
    • Don't involve in the things which are not useful, joyful or beautiful.
    • No matter how you feel, get up, dress up, and show up.
    • Be healthy and happy.
