Linda Rahal is an attorney and Chief Operating Officer Trow & Rahal, a Washington, DC-based immigration law firm. She has practiced citizenship and immigration law as an attorney since 1992. She has been working with the firm since its establishment in 1993. Linda is also the creator of 'The Invisible Fence', which is a blog that pushes back on the ever-shifting regulations which keep educated international professionals from working in the United States.

Rahal earned her J.D. Degree  in 1992, from the American University, Washington College of Law. She received her B.A. Degree from Tufts University in 1986 in  International Relations. A member of District of Columbia and Maryland Bar Associations, Linda is also associated with the AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association).

The firm, Trow & Rahal represents individuals and companies in navigating the immigration process for citizenship, green cards, visas, and other immigration related matters. Linda has a reputation for being an attorney who goes the distance. As a part of CEO Ironman Challenge, she participated in the World Championship Ironman Competition in Kona, Hawaii, in October 2005. Since then, she has competed various marathons as well as Ironman triathlons. She has connected her passion with the work and helps professional triathletes as well as other athletes to get visas to live, train and race in the United States.

As a COO of Trow & Rahal, Linda Rahal guides nearly a dozen other staff members and attorneys to assist employees of corporate clients to get visas and green cards to work in the U.S. Her reputation within the legal community has led to selection by her associates for inclusion in various prestigious publications, including The Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA, Washingtonian Magazine’s 'Top Lawyers', the International Who's Who of Business Lawyers (Corporate Immigration) and the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, where Trow & Rahal is mentioned as a “very good, very creative firm”.

However, since opening the doors of Trow & Rahal in 1993, Linda is seeing a dramatic shift in the immigration laws. She says, “I have seen a dramatic shift in our immigration laws. I firmly believe that the U.S. Government is building an 'invisible fence' around our borders. In my opinion, this is not healthy for the fiscal future of the country.”
