Whether you are married or single, a career women or a housewife, you should take care of yourself. For most women however, if they don’t take care of themselves, no one else will.
Self Care is:
* Eating right, getting suitable nutrition, and drinking sufficient water. Just a two percent dip in body hydration can cause headaches, depression and fatigues as well as twenty percent loss in energy.
* Have a physical exercise daily. A morning or evening walk will do.
* Monitoring one’s arousing bank account, guarantying that one is having sufficient emotional deposits to cover the everyday withdrawals of life, so that one doesn’t become emotionally “overdrawn.”
* Knowing one’s limits; it is essential to know how much one is able to efficiently do in a day or a week without becoming over emotional, over exhausted or overwhelmed.
* Being self conscious about inner pain and using it as an impulsion for growth. Rather than attempting to disregard it or freezing it with TV, more work, food etc., addressing the pain is extremely self-nurturing. Suitable support groups, self-help books and therapy are all brilliant ways to complete this.
* Not permitting one to become cut off from others, but being in reliable healthy relations with like-minded women.
* Spending sufficient alone time to recollect and recuperate one’s thoughts (introverts require more of this than extroverts do) as well as to rediscover yourself.
