We have heard gossips about the optimistic ties between physical health and social lives earlier, but now a new research from Brigham Young University has originate that folks who have close binding with friends, co-workers or family have a considerably lower peril of death—fifty percent lower!

The research also originate that "Having weak social ties or few friends to the society is just as damaging to health as being a smoking or alcohol. Poor social ties are further damaging than not working out and two times as risky as being overweight, the investigators found."

Think over it like this: Being jovial with family and friends is as good for you as staying alcohol-free, eating a healthy food and being physically active!
